New Nexus 7 2nd Generation Unboxing and Review

The new Nexus 7 is still manufactured by Asus for Google and the improvements in specifications are quite impressive. To start with, the 7-inch display now has a 1920x1200 pixel resolution giving it a pixel density of 323ppi. The device comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants but sadly there is no storage expansion option available. The Nexus 7 now has a 5MP rear facing camera and a 1.2MP front facing camera for hangouts.

Under the hood, the Nexus 7 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor, coupled with Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The battery capacity of the tablet hasn’t been revealed but Google claims 9 hours of HD video playback and 10 hours of web browsing on the tablet. The new Nexus 7 runs on the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean straight out-of-the-box. If you are one who enjoys gaming on your tablet, then you are in luck as the device supports OpenGL ES 3.0.

Google Moto X Phone Leaked Features and Demo by Roger Labs

It appears that someone's got their hands on Rogers' upcoming commercial for the new Google Moto X smartphone from Motorola. This leaked commercial reveals that users can begin interacting with their phone just by saying, "OK Google Now," without touching the phone at all. The camera can also be activated simply by flicking the wrist twice. The Rogers commercial was originally leaked on Google+. It's only a matter of time before the video is taken down.

The voice-command to activate the surface is similar to that used with Google Glass. Users of the wearable tech activate Google Now by saying ‘OK Glass’. Siri offers a similar service, but requires users to tap the homes screen button to activate it.

Other features of the upcoming Moto X include ‘active updates’, a new system of personalised notifications (“Instead of a blinking light that doesn’t actually tell you anything, information quietly appears on the screen”), and a gesture-based camera interface:

“Moto X can also launch the camera in a flash – no need to press a button or slide an icon, just twist your wrist twice and it’s ready to shoot.”

Although no hardware specifications have yet been released Motorola have promised that the handset will compete with flagship products from Apple and Samsung.

In the first official advertisement for the Moto X that ran at the beginning of this month, Motorola played up the fact that the phone will be largely assembled in the US – an implicit attack against Apple, who manufacturer their devices in China – whilst promising that the handset would be “designed by you”.

Just like a newbie blogger about a year ago when I started blogging , I was very keen on activating Google Adsense for my blog .  I went through various online forums each of them explaining the same old stuff about blogging techniques , building up traffic , SEO etc.

This things were just really very boring to me . But then I had no choice but to come up with some quality content and get some traffic and finally one fine day my blog got approved and I now I am able to put Adsense ads on my blog. So if you are reading this you will find an ad somewhere in this post :P and a few in the sidebar too :) 

Ok , so from my experience i would suggest you like others to follow stuff like Making Quality 

Content , SEO , Building Traffic ... (Probably you wont be interested in this i know )

But here is one trick which will definitely help you add Adsense ads on your blog directly after making an Google Adsense Application procedure .  it is 100% working technique !

Just follow this Simple steps : 

(Make sure you have a blog setup already)

1) Make a YouTube channel .

2) Upload just 1 or 2 videos initially (just about anything !)

        So the trick here is that YouTube has started offering Partnership to  anyone who has a YouTube       

        channel . (Now anyone can Monetize their YouTube videos . )

How this helps ?

-->To monetize your videos you will be asked to make/associate a Google Adsense Account. 

And all you need to put ads on your blog is an approved / activated Adsense account .

3)So go ahead and create an Adsense account(with same or different ID) and hence you finally have an Approved Google Adsense Account . 

So, what you now have is a monetized YouTube channel and an Approved Google Adsense Account !

4) Wait for a Day or Two and then from your Adsense account you can generate AD Code , which you can add on your BLOG !

(Ads will show up immediately once you add the code . The earnings might take a day or two to show up in your adsense account :)) 

Congratulations ! You now have now Monetized you Blog and you have ads up and running on your blog . I guess after getting your Blog monetized maybe you should start to think about making Quality Content on your blog, if you haven't already  . :P  (Good Content is really very important)

Windows Phone 7.8 update Released for all windows phone 7.5 devices

Well if you have read my previous posts you might be knowing I use a Samsung Omnia W - Windows Phone . And I was SO happy that I received my update well on 31st January ! So quickly i updated my phone the next day and hurray !! it felt like i am carrying a new phone with a nice new windows phone 8 like start screen.


If anyone would see your phone at first glance he might think you carry a windows phone 8 device :P . So i have explained the new features the Video below !

1. New boot Screen (blue color)

2. New Start Screen

3. Internet Explorer runs faster than before (in my case , i felt so...)

4. New Bing Lok Wall paper .. which updates daily ! Just as your bing search image.

6. New Logo for XBOX Games


A bit Of Disappointment for the Samsung Windows Phone users and a Great benefit for Nokia devices ... 

Nokia is now Connecting People via the Bluetooth File Transfer App :P


Also the Nokia users get One more App called "Ringtone maker" , wherein users can make a custom ringtone from their library of Songs on their phone .

Samsung is now one of the leading companies and I do expect from them to release an app for their windows Phone 7.8 Devices which enables BLUETOOTH FILE TRANSFER !

That's the only disappointment ! Overall its nice to have the new update and we can even expect samsung to roll out an App for bluetooth file transfer :)

Windows Phone 7.8 Update to roll out from February 2013 for the existing WP 7.5 Devices

--> I guess every windows phone 7.5 user must have waited quite long for the windows phone 7.8 update and must have come across various blogs saying the 7.8 update should arrive in early 2013.. 

So I went through various blogs and read various articles and now finally I could conclude that there is a strong a possibility that the WP 7.8 update should roll out from around February 2013. I am eagerly waiting for it  as I own a Windows Phone , Samsung Omnia W (first windows phone from Samsung in India) , currently running Windows Phone 7.5 OS , Tango , as they say !

Samsung Omnia W ( I must say my phone has Excellent hardware at the price , once again Samsung Well Done !)( I preferred it over Lumia 800 which was costlier and had nothing much to offer at that price ). Various blogs say that Samsung Omnia W will receive WiFi Tethering . But guys the Phone already has Internet Sharing available on the phone (i.e. multiple devices can use your mobile data connection).

So I wonder why on certain blogs they say that their phone does not have this functionality .Anyways ,  coming back to WP 7.8 ... 

So what additional features does the 7.8 update bring to your 
phone ? I know most of you must be knowing this but I would just like to mention it again :

1) Windows Phone 8 like Start Screen . (Probably this should be enough for most of us to get some fresh  and new feel )

2) Bing Daily lock Screen Wallpaper

3) Some new Themes (Mainly Color Schemes)

4) One will be able to make custom Ringtones from their MP3 files --- ( rumour :(  )

5) Bluetooth File Transfer will be available (i simply doubt that ... )

That's it . Not much I can tell unless and until i get the 7.8 update. But friends , I am sure that , "  When you pull out your phone out of our pocket , after you've received the windows phone 7.8 update , it will look and feel the same as a Windows Phone 8 device ".


So Stay tuned , as I will review the new features of Windows Phone 7.8 as soon as I get the update and will be uploading a Video reviewing the same !

How I became a Youtube Partner - My Experience

Earlier to become a YouTube partner was not so easy . (Yes it wasn't ,I have failed a lot of times :P )
 (i had almost given up on it , TRUST ME !)

So inorder to become a YouTube Partner one had to take care of the following points : 

1) Have a LOT of Videos 

2)Have a LOT of Subscribers and Views

3)One had to frequently Upload Videos 

4)No Copyright material should be used . (your video should have your content ) 

So if you make a video of , say , your new Laptop and you review it , you own the copyright of that video and that no one can use it .
So this has been a Big issue because some people think something is  right but its simply wrong !


People use some 10-15 seconds of their favourite  song :P in their video , but they dont realize that its all copyright .


How You Can Become A Youtube Partner

1) Make a lot of videos . ( not just videos , but Good quality content )
------- Most importantly " ORIGINAL VIDEOS " !

2)Get a LOT of subscribers :P (NOT ANYMORE ! )
-----  YOU JUST NEED ORIGINAL CONTENT THAT'S ALL , YOU CAN SEE MY CHANNEL AND JUDGE YOURSELF ! 

I HAVE HARDLY ANY SUBSCRIBERS !

3) Slowly You should get more and more views Depending on your quality of content ...
